Phone sign in
No SMS is delivered in dev/staging test mode. Use any fake 10-digit US phone number.

Use a new number for a fresh account, or reuse a number to test returning-user
flows. When verification asks for a code, use the displayed dev code or 123456.
Super admin
Open /super/login for the super-admin login.
Development default password: password. Staging uses the deployed SUPER_ADMIN_PASSWORD; there is no hard-coded staging default in the repo.
A signed-in user whose phone number is listed in SUPER_ADMIN_PHONE_NUMBERS
also gets super-admin access automatically.
Stripe test mode
Stripe is in test mode here; no real money moves. Connected accounts and onboarding are test data, so do not enter real bank or card details.
Use any future expiry, any 3-digit CVC, and any postal code unless testing a failure.
