Information we collect

• Your mobile phone number, which you use to sign in.
• Your name, racer handle, and email address, if you give them.
• Your event and series registrations, racing classes, and transponder numbers.
• The status of your payments. Stripe holds your card details. We do not.

How we use it

• To sign you in with a verification code.
• To register you for events and to send you receipts, reminders, and updates about them.
• To give the track organizer of each event the registration details that it needs to run the event.

Text messages

We use your phone number to send the text messages that our Terms of Service describe. Our SMS provider, Prelude, delivers these messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Service providers

These companies run parts of Pitstack for us:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Prelude delivers text messages.
• Postmark delivers email.
• Hetzner hosts our servers and database.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts on our pages. Your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
