Pitstack text messages

When you enter your mobile phone number on Pitstack and continue, you agree to receive text messages from Pitstack at that number. Pitstack sends these messages:

• Verification codes when you sign in or sign up.
• Receipts when you register for an event or a series and when you pay.
• Reminders when a registration payment is due.
• Alerts about the events you registered for, such as race-day reminders, upcoming heats, and schedule or track changes.

Pitstack does not send marketing text messages.

Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message, or turn off text messages in your Pitstack profile. You get one message to confirm a STOP. To start again, reply START or turn text messages on in your profile. For help, reply HELP or email support@pitstack.app.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Events and payments

Track organizers create and run the events on Pitstack. Each organizer is responsible for its event, its prices, its refunds, and its waivers.

Stripe processes all payments. Pitstack does not store card numbers.
